We hope you had an amazing 2025 baseball season and that your fall is off to a great start! As we wrap up another successful year, we’d like to invite all members to attend our Annual General Meeting (AGM).

AGM Details:

• Date: Tuesday, October 21, 2025

• Time: 6:30 PM (Doors open at 6:15 PM for registration and voting fee payment)

• Location: Riverbend Public Library – 460 Riverbend Square

• RSVP By: October 17, 2025 (via email)

This meeting is open to all members in good standing from the 2024–2025 season. It's an important opportunity to:

• Review highlights from the past season

• Discuss plans for the upcoming 2025–2026 year

• Nominate and vote in the new Board of Directors

We’re currently seeking enthusiastic and committed individuals to fill the roles of Treasurer and Secretary for the 2025–2026 season. If you’re interested and have relevant experience, please reach out to Jocelyn before the meeting.

Want to Vote at the AGM?

To be eligible to vote:

1. You must attend the meeting in person (no proxy voting).

2. You must be a member in good standing.

3. You must pay the $5 annual voting/membership fee before the meeting starts.

You can pay your membership fee in one of two ways:

• Cash: At the door before the meeting begins
