Volunteers

Confederation Park Little League is a volunteer-run organization, and as such, it depends on the volunteer assistance of its members to function successfully. Volunteers are essential to maintaining and growing the Confederation Park Little League Club. The more volunteers we have, the better our League becomes!

Overview of 2024 Volunteer Commitment Program

  • Every family is required to complete volunteer commitments for the 2024 season unless they have chosen to pay the volunteer opt-out fee, of $200, on their registration.
    • It is important to note that we would rather have the family complete a volunteer commitment and contribute to the success of the club than pay the opt-out fee.
  •  The number of volunteer commitments for each family is dependent upon the division of the oldest player (for example: a family has a Rookie and a Minor player- commitment level is at the Minor level).

DivisionNumber of Volunteer Commitment

Rookie/U81
Minor/U112
Major/U122

  • There is no maximum number of commitments that a family can contribute to a given year- thank you for everything you do to help our club!
  • There is no roll-over of volunteer commitments from year to year.
  • The $200 Volunteer deposit cheques or payout will be collected for every family prior to the registration being accepted and considered complete.
  • In the event that a family does not complete their volunteer commitments, their deposit cheque will be cashed at the end of the season.
